What this is#

If the Control Station is where you set the rules, the metrics dashboard is where you see what's happening. It pulls together the day-to-day numbers of your resale market so you can answer your own questions without waiting on anyone.

02

Statistics and support#

The dashboard has two main panels:

General Statistics shows how the resale market is performing — listings, sales, and the overall activity behind your events, so you always have the big picture at hand.

Support is where you look when a customer comes to you with a question about a resale. Much of what fans ask — the status of a sale, a listing, a payout — you can check and resolve right here, on your own side, without escalating.

03

Taking the data with you#

Need to work with the numbers somewhere else? You can export the dashboard data to CSV or XLSX and take it into your own tools — spreadsheets, reports, whatever you already use. The export lives in the dashboard itself.

04

If you get stuck#

Anything about the dashboard that isn't clicking? The menta tech team is one message away.
