How to reach support

When something needs a hand, here's exactly where to go and what to expect — no guessing about which inbox or channel is the right one.

If you don't see a support option in your Control Station, your integration may not have it set up yet. Check with the menta tech team.
The short version: you always start from the Control Station, the back-end where you manage your rules and events. What you find once you're there depends on your region — but the front door is always the same one.

Where it starts#

When you need help, you don't have to remember an email address or hunt for the right channel. Everything begins in the same place: your platform's Control Station. Open it, and from there you'll reach the support channel set up for your region.

Your support channel#

Your channel is a support assistant built right into the flow. You open your case there and the assistant walks you through it step by step — you describe what's happening, it takes it from there. Nothing to install, no separate login.

Your channel is the ticket system you already know — the same one you've been using all along. You open the case from the Control Station, it gets a number, and from then on it's logged and easy to follow until it's resolved.

Want to know how fast we respond, how cases get prioritized (P1–P4), and when we're available? It's all in the support SLA.
