Smart Grouping uses AI to recognize when different ticket options are essentially the same thing — same kind of seat, same area — and groups them together. The payoff: a cleaner buying experience and more accurate recommended prices.
01
Why it exists#
A single event can have dozens of ticket options with slightly different names that, in practice, mean the same seat. For a buyer scrolling through that raw list, it's noisy and confusing. And for pricing, it's hard to know what "a fair price" looks like if near-identical seats are scattered across many separate labels.
Smart Grouping tidies that up automatically, so similar options sit together instead of being treated as unrelated.
02
What it does#
Once it has grouped the similar ticket options of an event, that grouping feeds two parts of the product:
- The buying experience — it becomes a set of friendly filters, instead of a long raw list of every ticket option.
- Recommended prices and Smart Pricing — with equivalent seats grouped, comparisons are cleaner and the suggested prices are sharper.
